00 — OVERVIEW

Agroobazar – Marketplace Seller Dashboard

Agroobazar is a marketplace platform designed to provide a seamless buying and selling experience. My role focused on designing the Seller Dashboard and creating the responsive mobile version of the platform from the existing desktop design.

The seller dashboard enables merchants to efficiently manage their business, including creating products, configuring shipping methods, processing customer orders, tracking order statuses, and managing customer reviews through a centralized interface.

01 — DESKTOP FIRST, THEN DOWN

Every screen designed twice, in the same system.

The wide view sets the hierarchy. The narrow view keeps it, reordering rather than removing.

A seller dashboard that opens on today's work

DESKTOP + MOBILE

Revenue and wallet balance first, then today's orders with a single ready-to-ship action, then active products with edit, discount and delete on each row. Mobile swaps the side navigation for a bottom bar.

A guided product creation workflow

DESKTOP + MOBILE

Photos, category, title, description, price and an optional discount, then quantity and shipping method — post, express or free above a threshold. One form, one flow, on both breakpoints.

Orders, filtered by the state they are in

DESKTOP + MOBILE

Tabs for in progress, shipping, delivered and rejected, plus a filter. Each row carries the buyer, phone, address, postal and order codes, the payment and the one action that moves it forward.

Listing detail, ordered by what the buyer asks next

DESKTOP + MOBILE

Gallery and seller card first — rating, years trading, number of items, the two delivery methods — then description, similar products and reviews. Mobile stacks the same order rather than dropping anything.

A basket that groups items by seller

DESKTOP + MOBILE

One order can contain several stores, so the basket groups items by seller and states shipping per seller before the payable total. The three-step bar — basket, delivery details, payment details — keeps the remaining work visible.

A landing page built to browse and convert

Category shortcuts, best sellers and newest listings above the fold, seller-facing signup, and an FAQ block that answers shipping and payment questions before checkout.
