A classifieds marketplace for buying, selling and discovering products — built end to end before an engineering team touched it.
Divaran is a marketplace platform inspired by classified advertisement websites, designed to provide a seamless experience for buying, selling, and discovering products. The project is currently under development and has not yet been launched.
I was responsible for the end-to-end UI/UX design of the product, from research and wireframing to the final high-fidelity interfaces.
The platform enables users to create and manage advertisements, browse listings, search products based on categories, cities, and keywords, and connect with sellers through an intuitive user experience.
The wide view sets the hierarchy. The narrow view keeps it, reordering rather than removing.
Search by city or category up front, then a full grid of every product group, then newest, urgent and verified listings in their own rails.
Gallery, price, deposit and rent, then the specs a buyer checks before reaching out. A police safety notice sits next to the contact button, not buried in a footer.
Every thread opens with a reminder to keep the conversation and the deal on the platform, ahead of quick-reply prompts like “is the item still available” and “is the price negotiable”.
The about page states what Divaran is and how to reach support. The splash screen is the first thing the app shows — brand, then a single city picker to get moving.
The primary focus of this project was designing a high-converting landing page and a user-friendly advertisement experience while ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability across the entire product.
